Powerband Low Rows

-Wrap the power bands on the bottom of a post (make sure the surface is smooth)
-Grip the bands with both hands, creating a triangular shape
-Stand back to create resistance
-Squat down
-Pull up and squeeze your shoulders back
-Squat back down and repeat 

Military Press Overhead

-Step your foot onto the tube resistance bands
-Keep the handles close to your shoulders
-Raise the band overhead and press
-Bring the band back to your shoulders and repeat 

Horizontal Push

-Secure your band using a door anchor
-Stand in front of the band and make a split position with your legs (one foot forward and the other one back; you may also opt for a square stance)
-Bring the handles close to your shoulders and push forward 

Front Squats

 

-Step your feet onto the band
-Curl your arms and position the handles around ear-level
-Squat down then push yourself up (normal squats)

Bicep Curls

-Secure the tube resistance bands with a door anchor
-Step back to create resistance
-Create a split stance with your legs (one foot forward and the other one back; you may also opt for the square stance)
-Curl your arms inward and engage the biceps
