Get up! It's time to work out. Get ready to commit and get fit! We found a great workout program that will get you ripped (just make sure you stick to it!)

Here's an overview of the program:

This is from the Get Fit Program which lasts for 30 days. It only involved body weight and free weights, which you can replace with resistance bands.

Body weight exercises:
Flutter Kicks
Plank Knee-to-Elbow Kickback

Free weights / Resistance Bands exercises:
Renegade Row
Squat with Press
Reverse Lunge with Press
