Exercising is always a great way to end the day. However, there are usually a lot of distractions on weeknights that would force someone to dismiss their workout plans for other “more important things.” Late night dinners, bar nights, and movie nights are just a few of the infinite distractions that can crumble someone’s fitness goal. Thus, working out on mornings is a smart idea! Not only would this build consistency, it also promotes productivity because you’d be able to accomplish more things in a day (ie. morning workouts AND movie nights, all in a day!—no need to choose one over another).
