Resistance Bands can be used any time. It is light and portable, which is perfect for those who are always on the go or has little time on their hands. If you have 10-15 minutes to spare, then you're set for a workout regardless where you are. You can create various movements with the exercise bands without any need for other equipment. For instance, you can do Overhead Presses, Squats, Extensions, Band Walks, Abductions, and much more.
