Shipping is FREE on all orders Australia Wide!
We can ship to virtually any address in mainland Australia inc. Tasmania; unfortunately outlying islands off the mainland may incur charges.
Note that there are restrictions on some products. Our free shipping offer delivers to most areas right around Australia but for some regional areas, the transport companies may not deliver direct to your door and you may have to pick up from their closest depot. A request to the transport company for delivery to your door may incur charges.
• Delivery times are only guidelines, not guarantees. Resistance Bands Australia will not offer compensation for deliveries that do not arrive within the specified time frames
• All deliveries are authorised to leave, unless instructed otherwise
We aim to delivery your order as promptly as possible. However, we do not have control over your order once it has been passed to the courier company. Some deliveries may be late due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Resistance Bands Australia will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it.
Home Deliveries: Deliveries to residential addresses may take an extra day. If you are not home to accept delivery, goods will be left at your property. Resistance Bands Australia takes no responsibility for the goods once they are delivered. If the driver feels that it is unsafe to leave the goods, they will leave a card. It is then the customers responsibility to collect their goods from the nearest depot. If the order is to be redelivered you will be charged a re delivery fee.
Business Deliveries: A business address is one that is located in a business district. If you work from home, this does not make your residential address a business address. All couriers prefer to deliver to a business address, so where possible please do so. This will speed up your delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and as a general rule we make every effort to have all orders delivered within 2 - 7 working days from date of order depending on your location within Australia and the product purchased. Rural and regional areas can take longer, up to approx 10 working days.
Who ships our orders: We typically use Toll Express, Toll Ipec, TNT, Northline, Australia Post, Couriers Please, Direct Freight or Fastway to dispatch our orders. Because we use third-party carriers for all our freight, it's impossible for us to guarantee any shipping times on items and orders travelling. Any information provided to you about shipping times through our website or a member of staff is only an estimate of the time frame based upon the third-party freight carriers suggestion.
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with a product you purchase from us, you may return it to us within 30 days from the confirmed date of delivery, for a full refund of the purchase price. You must have the package postmarked within 30 days of the confirmed date of delivery. Returns postmarked outside of the 30 days will not be accepted.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
You are responsible for the return of the product, including organising and payment of shipping. If you want to be able to track your return and confirm when we have received it you should choose an appropriate delivery method such as registered post.
Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the cost of the goods. We will not refund the cost of shipping.
We take our products and service seriously. It’s for this reason we offer a hassle-free No questions asked...No Risk to you policy with all our products. If there’s ever an issue with our service or product that is outside of normal wear and tear in any way, simply let us know and we’ll take care of it with a No questions asked.
Please choose your books and DVDs carefully as we do not offer a refund or exchange on these.
Please note we will only refund using the original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 21 days to process.
If your fitness goods become damaged or faulty after use, Resistance Bands Australia will try and resolve the issue with a no questions asked attitude. If your goods have been used according to the product guidelines and are still within the warranty period we will organise a replacement or refund. We will not replace or refund goods that are damaged through incorrect use or through natural wear and tear.
