Firstly, congrats on your decision to GET INTO SHAPE using any of our Resistance Band Products you'll come to love training with Resistance Bands!
Are you ready? Because it's on!
We have put together a 6 Week Video Instructional Series for you to following along with to cover the Physical Training side of things and we have also thrown in a 6 week Nutrition Plan, Diet Diary, Weekly Shopping List, Snacks List, Body Analysis/Girth Measurement Guide and a stack more!
You will have a Workouts to get stuck into throughout each week and they only take 20-30 min from warm up to cool down. In the first piece of content and video we will explain how to implement these 30 minute Full Body Fat Burning, Strength Building Workouts into your weekly schedule.
We use our Resistance Band System and the Functional Training Accessories such as Clips to attach Handles, Door Anchor, Utility Strap and depending on what surface you are training on you may need a Exercise Mat.
Please Note: If you don't have the accessories you can still use this program.
We have designed these workouts and give you a diet plan to follow which will help your Body Burn Fat Efficiently, Lose Weight, Tone Up and build overall Functional Fitness and Strength.
We have also included 6 weeks of easy to follow Menus, Shopping Lists, Snack Lists, cheating tricks and tips and whole lot more info around Diet and Exercise.
When it comes to tracking and testing your results we have also included a step by step guide to help you take your very own Body Analysis (body girth measurements etc) this is super important when tracking your weight loss goals.
Lastly, the first and last training sessions will take you through some functional fitness and strength tests. This will clearly show you how much strength and fitness you have gained over the 6 week program!

Perfect program for beginner fitness levels. Although I'm going to give it another go again before christmas and step up the resistances and do the advanced exercises the program gives you as well. love the nutrition program well. i lost 10kgs and I have 5 to go before Christmas!
